You would think with an international pandemic in play, the inquiries about ghostwritten books would decline. Not so. Many authors have additional time on their hands. Some are impacted at a soul level at this new normal and are compelled to get their books started. Others realize there’s no better time to take their concept to the finish line.
That’s were I come in.

What About Examples of Ghostwritten Books?
Rarely is a ghostwriter mentioned in a book writing project. The whole purpose is to be a “ghost” — an independent consultant who puts your book together anonymously. Non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements prohibit me from discussing concepts and manuscripts with third parties in any way, shape or form.
Therefore, I’m prevented from giving examples of the books I have ghostwritten, but I can assure you it’s been several dozen.
What About Cost?
Ghostwritten books can take six months to a year to write. This means the ghostwriter must devote an enormous amount of time the project, and this helps explain why it’s an expensive endeavor. I go by standard industry rates — not high or low, but average. Still, honestly, it’s a huge investment for my author clients.
The investment can pay off, however, with a book that is picked up by a literary agent and signed by one of the top tier publishers. Advance on sales vary, but the goal is that it will cover the costs of ghostwriting or developmental editing. Read more about it here.
